Tips for Setting a Vintage Style Tablescape

Hello friends.  I hope you are warm wherever you are because frigid conditions are spreading into the Northeast.   I have been collecting vintage dinnerware for years.  After purchasing my first set of vintage plates, collecting them become an obsession.  I particularly love anything with delicate floral designs, so if I come across a pretty floral plate it's coming home with me.  This Billingsley Rose pattern by Spode is my all-time favorite!  It is truly a gem.  I love the gorgeous raised lattice pattern around the edges ad the pretty rose on the center of the plates .  I started this set with four accent plates and have been adding pieces through the years.  And these plates get a lot of use.  They are still going strong! With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I am sharing this super easy Chocolate Raspberry Mousse dessert that will be a delicious finish to your Valentine's meal.  Made with fresh whipped cream, melted chocolate, and raspberry puree.   What ins't there to love? This incredibly silky and decadent chocolate mousse takes only a few minutes to make and it is perfect to sharing with your sweetheart this Valentine's Day.
