Rosemary Infused Orange and Cranberry Holiday Cocktail
Hello everyone. Well, the holiday season is officially here.. WHAAATT? How many days until Christmas?
Okay… give me a second to come to terms with it all. I’m moving in slow motion over here. I mean… I have barely finished putting away all the fall decorations and now I have to start decorating for Christmas. This year, the holidays haven't been so picture perfect for me. I just feel like everything is rushed these days. I still have plenty of presents to buy, blog hops to join and dinner parties to plan. Can we slow it all down a bit? I guess it's a good time to enjoy a little festive cocktail to get the season started!!
Time to flip on some Christmas music, whip up a batch of these pretty holiday cocktails and let the holiday madness begin! So why don't you enjoy on with me.
Rosemary Infused Orange and Cranberry Holiday Cocktail

- 1 parts fresh tangerine or orange juice
- 3 parts cranberry juice (look for 100% juice, no sugar added)
- ice/cranberries/fresh rosemary sprigs/for serving/garnish
ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP (MAKES 1 CUP)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2-3 large sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions
MAKE THE ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP
- Heat the water and sugar in a medium sauce pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Bring just to a boil, then remove from the heat, add the rosemary, and steep for up to an hour. Remove the rosemary before serving. Can be made in advance, and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week
MAKE YOUR COCKTAILS
- Fill a glass with ice. Add the vodka, rosemary simple syrup (to taste) and fruit juices. Stir to combine. Optionally, for some sparkle and fizz, top with club soda. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. Serve and enjoy the holidays!
