Blackberry & Cheese Toast

I have been working on developing a few recipes lately and I am excited to share one that I have finalized and tested this weekend. It is a recipe for a delicious and light blackberry toast made with Crème fraîche, creme cheese, vanilla and honey.
In many ways, I find toast to be the perfect finger food for entertaining. It is literally a blank canvas for the cook. Just think of it! There are no real limits to the number of combinations that we can create. Versatile and ready in just a matter of minutes. They can be served as a meal, snack or an appetizer for unexpected company. Besides, this could quite possibly be the prettiest toast ever.
The jam will keep nicely in the refrigerator for about two weeks. The best part about this recipe, it's that it is good enough for a quick snack, breakfast in a hurry or a BEAUTIFUL appetizer!!!
