Refreshing Orange And Pineapple Julep

Hello friends.  Today I am sharing a simple but very refreshing recipe for a beverage for all to enjoy. A non-alcoholic version of the ever popular mint julep using fresh orange juice, pineapple, ginger ale and mint.

Orange And Pineapple Juice Julep
Yield: 1 beverage
Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 teaspoon mint, crushed or finely chopped
  • Sprig of mint, for garnish
  • orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add ice to tall glass. Pour in pineapple and orange juice. Top with ginger ale and stir in mint leaves. Garnish with a sprig of mint and orange peels, if desired. Serve immediately.

Keep in touch sweet friends.  Thank you for visiting.
