My Beautiful Puerto Rico

Hello to you all.  I hope you are all enjoying the holidays with your beautiful families and friends.  It's been a while since my last post.  No, it has not been a lack of effort or inspiration on my part, I assure you, just that things have been a little busy with the holidays, trying to exercise a little and planning a trip to Puerto Rico to join family and friends to celebrate our niece Adrianne's wedding, leaving not enough time for blogging.

It's been almost two weeks since our return from our family holiday in San Juan.  What an amazing time we had.  The weather was perfect. Sunny and warm.  Just what the doctor ordered.  But apart from all the great sightseeing, wonderful meals, and romantic strolls on the beach, our nieces wedding was spectacular.  She was a beautiful bride.  Just like a Princess.  And the ceremony nothing short of magical.  It took place at the old casino in San Juan, circa 1917, which over looks Castillo de San Cristobal one of the largest fortifications built by the Spanish in the New World.  More importantly, was being able to join the couple on such a joyous and memorable moment of their lives.  And the time spent with all our family was priceless.  No doubt that some of our happiest and heart warming moments are spent with family.  My heart is full of joy....

But for now, I will share a few photos of my beautiful Puerto Rico.  I hope you love it just as much as I do.  I am already planning our next trip to San Juan.  Who knows, maybe I can inspire you to come along....

Have a lovely week.

  1. Your photos of Puerto Rico are so lovely. Thank you for sharing. I love to armchair travel as it allows me to see places I might otherwise not get to visit. Amazing architecture.
